2. HOW TO ENTER: Go to the Website, click the "Promotions" button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the official registration form and enter a Receipt Code. If you are the first person to enter a Receipt Code on or after the predetermined time and date for the most recent winning message made available on the Website, you will receive an on-screen message that says "We're happy to say you're an instant winner today!", subject to verification of eligibility (as described in Rule 8 below). Winning dates and times are randomly predetermined under the supervision of D.L. 5. SELECTION OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Grand Prize winner will be determined from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or before August 31, 2012 by independent representatives of Sponsor whose decisions are final.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding District of Columbia, Idaho, Maine, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington and Wyoming (collectively, the "Excluded States")) who are the age 18 or older as of July 23, 2012, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, Dollar General Corporation and their respective officers, employees, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties").

8. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: All winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Grand Prize winner will be notified via overnight delivery service, mail, email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at time of entry. The Grand Prize winner will (and each other winner may) be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s agreement to sign such releases. Grand Prize winner’s travel companion will be required to sign a liability release. 9. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void in the Excluded States, outside the 48 contiguous United States and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
